Abstract
Consideration of the effect about the innovation by IT is progressing in each field. IT has affected greatly the communication technique which is to foundations when performing social life and management activities. The business document exists as a communication tool of decision making in an organization, or knowledge creation process. In this paper, it is shown clearly that the business document changed with IT. And the business document which is one of the communication tools is clarified from a knowledge creation viewpoint. The requirements as an IT communication tool which a business document needs are clarified.
