Abstract
Environmental problems are understood as serious social issues in a lot of countries, and have been faced to the situation in which it cannot help taking management that considers the global environment ,that is, "Eco management system" into its own business model in the enterprise in Japan. Additionally, a severer system have sent from European region in recent years, and recognition that evolving "Eco management system" more leads to strengthening the competitiveness of the company has deepened in the enterprise that practices in the global supply chain.. In this report, I mainly take up the case analysis, and see how the small and medium-sized enterprise with small human resources is working on "Eco management system".
