Abstract
This is a research on the management information to divert business domain for local small companies. Generally speaking, a company is not able to stay in the same business domain forever. Therefore, it is necessary to divert the business domain so that a company could survive. A company has to make a new business plan, at the same time it decides to divert the business-domain. The local small company lacks talented person and suitable knowledge to make a new business plan by itself, and lacks enough funds to engage a consulting firm outside. Although, local small company has to make an effective new plan using the scarce management resources. Then, we investigate a limit of the information based on the analysis of the public data which the local small company can use.
