Abstract
Acceptance of American driven innovation theory without crtical attitude in Japan results in inertia of Japanse own innovation argument development. In order to activte the inertia, it is necceary to conduct CDA(Critical Discourse Analysis)over innovation theory development from Schumpeter to Christensen, takig account of historical and reflexive perspective.
