Abstract
Some companies have started to provide more information on their official websites or mobile phone. Since our previous survey, effectiveness of information disclosure on mobile sites and non food allergy patients' needs has been remained as next research questions (Ogawa and Tanaka, 2008). In our survey in 2009 (2521 co-op members),ingredients are seen more carefully by non food allergy patients. Information disclosure of detail ingredients would become valuable for not only food allergy patients but also others. We tested the usability of our mobile Food Allergen Check Site (ver2009.5) and the evaluation was almost positive. On the other hand, they are concerned about consistency of updated information so that we should consider cooperation among well-managed company's product database.
