Abstract
Service innovation means that a new service provides a new value to a society through tearing down a standard. Therefore, a framework for service innovation analysis is required two capabilities: description of business context and analysis of system integrity. In this research, we provide a framework "SSM-IA" for analyzing service innovation. And the capabilities are demonstrated through analyzing two case studies of e-Marketplace (eMP). One eMP is for food distribution and the other is for information distribution among small to medium manufacturers. Both of them have been well established in the societies. SSM-IA allows us to explain the new value which have been provided by each eMP, and visualize the service architecture of current service.
