Abstract
This research proposes a design guideline for services that require personal information disclosure to use. Recently, with the high needs from both users and providers, personal information required services are collecting more attentions. The progress in ubiquitous computing technologies also accelerates this trend. However, how service providers design these services that are accepted by users has not been discussed yet. This research takes into account the importance of user perception in service acceptance and proposes a conceptual framework for a service design guideline.
