Abstract
The software park that is an industrial cluster that specializes in the Information Technology service industry is being enhanced in Vietnam when under construction now. The software park promotes various functions, and is practice of the industrial cluster strategy to aim at the creation of the innovation. In this thesis, two typical cases are taken up about the software park in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh based on author's site investigation, and the realities and the problem of the strategy are considered.
