The global competitiveness of the made-in-Japan product has decreased to the made-in-Japan product in the function and the technology though the high appraisal has been received in the world. It has aimed to clarify the problem and the limit by reexamining an intellectual technology management in the present study. It proposes new management by the innovation of the technology that bases on to an integrated business model and Technology Management from which the domination of the technology is evaluated to Japan of a technological founding a state in the market.
