In recent years, employees with various talents and inclinations work in the office in Japan. They are the employees of foreign citizenship, employees with a small child, employees with parents requiring care, etc. Different management from an ordinary way is required. However, it is not established about the correspondence to various employees. This paper considered the new management which the leader of IT organization should take to various employees. In this paper, diversity is not limited to female activity. I would like to consider the true "diversity management" which utilized the concept of the "skills standard".
