In recent years, it is in a near situation in impossibility now to manage a company without an IT system. Even if the good or bad of an IT system is connected directly with the good or bad of company administration, so CEO has the responsibility to participate to IT system all over management. However, it does not always become clear what kind of participation produces an effect and effectively. This study is aimed at offering an indicator for a CEO to participate in an IT system precisely. Through an interview to several advanced companies about an IT system, this study extracted factor which raised IT system satisfaction degree of the administration team and carried out large-scale questionnaire investigation and inspected universality of the factor.
