Discussion about the talent management form the perspectives of the global IT workforce management

Abstract

IT sourcing models are changing greatly because of the use of Cloud computing and the offshoring services while the globalization of undertaking activities accelerates. Not a few enterprises redefine their IT organizations and IT talents according to the change in the IT environment. In this article, we narrow the focus to the IT talent of the IT users and verify the talent model that will be required in the future and approach to managing the talent information which is considered to be important to human resources development from the perspectives of the globalization.
