The business environment of the enterprise has changed greatly, and the enterprise should respond to it. It is necessary to understand the state of the other companies to correspond to the change in the business environment. As one of the methods of understanding the state of the other companies, there are documents of problem in annual security reports. However, it is not easy to compare the document of many other companies. One of our main aims of this paper is to extract a characteristic business issue from annual security report by TF-IDF and LSA (Latent Semantic Analysis).
