In the situation that some resources are allocated to the players, proposing alternatives by each player has high impact to allocation results. The assumption of this paper is that all players can negotiate each other. A method to compare allocation results is proposed. Binary relation is used in this study. At first, resource allocation situation is described by characteristic function form games which is a model of cooperative game theory. Next, a bargaining rule in the framework of characteristic function form games is introduced. A method to compare allocation results derived from the bargaining rule is proposed. Some examples which shows how to work the proposed method is given. Lastly, proposed method is analyzed from the viewpoint of the sense of collective choice theory.
