Abstract
Business enterprises design strategy for adapting environment, and execute it through establishing, changing and enhancing their organizational structure. Organizational structure has been complicated by the growth of business enterprises. In utilizing market information, marketing section and customer center has been complex with changing its role. While a lot of market information flow into business enterprises and channels of market information have been diversified or mixed up. This paper is concerned with above things, and reviews informal organization toward a process based view in utilizing market information.
