Abstract
Service industries are strongly connected to the intangible assets of each country as compared with the manufacturing industries, and value chains and interfaces also have strong originality. And the character is not necessarily visualized. However, while the dependence to service industries increases and globalization also progresses, it has been an important issue to get to know the feature of the service industries. From such an awareness, since this paper takes a close-up of the feature of service industries, it compares industrial structure change. And the framework of “industry architecture" which has appeared in the dynamic capability theory examines the result, and it shows the industry architecture of Japanese service companies.
