Abstract
We regarded the depopulation problem of remote village located in the central Japan as to be solved by management techniques.
We could define interest and satisfactory factors of the visitors of each type after examining and analyzing successful examples of tourism resources and their attractive advantages in other similar villages in this country.
We recognized that many experience-based tourist attractions can be utilized in the village.
From the viewpoint of Internal Operations, we pursued the service offering effectiveness and efficiency of all the resources to be used or spent related to the visitors.
From Learning and Growth viewpoint, we clarified the necessary knowledge for the high quality contacting the customers both for direct and indirect service providing persons including hotels, restaurants transportations, etc.
