A consideration on desirable leadership styles

Abstract

This presentation is to report further analyses on the survey results which was discussed in the previous presentation on different leadership styles by this presenter. About the half of the respondents of the survey answered the same "desirable" leadership styles in general and for themselves, but the rest of the respondents answered different leadership styles for themselves as opposed to the "desirable leadership styles in general". This presentation is explain the detailed analyses on this survey data.
