Abstract
When a threat occurs, We have a system "J-ALERT (national instant alarm system)" which alarms to a preparation and people. The important thing is clear from the side of getting to know where how much number exists and lifesaving. However, the system which cooperates with J-ALERT and clarifies the national whereabouts does not exist. We show the concept of Emergency Mobile Maps which cooperates technology, such as mobile space statistics, with J-ALERT in an emergency to reference.
