Abstract
The view of the latest risk management is changing from minimization of a negative risk to the technique of optimization as organizational project management in consideration of the risk of positive and/or negative both sides. The monitoring and control of the risk of a system development project aim at bringing the expected value (multiplication of its probability of occurrence and its impact on objectives if it occures) of a risk close to the contingency reserve" which is a desired value, and attaining it by risk measures, with project execution. In this paper, we propose the quantitive monitoring of both gap is performed and progress of measures, evaluation of validity, the process of the quantitive project risk management which performs reexamination if needed, a tool, technique, etc.
