Abstract
In recent years, Japanese large corporations have been active to adopt the next leaders' development program. To analyze the status and issues of the program, case studies on large corporations were done and presented in the past JASMIN conference.
However, there was no research on the view of program participants so far. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the view of program participants in large corporations on the next leaders' development program based on questionnaire survey.
