Educational role of University for producer-talented and global-talented people

Abstract

Producer-talented people have company special capability, and their operating level is high. Global-talented people overcome language, different culture, and different value, and have the capability to build a relation and to create new value. Producer-talented and also global-talented people are needed in modern society to which global competition and symbiosis are going. How does a university educate such talented people? In this research, based on the present condition and the problem of University, we study the educational role of University.
