Abstract
It has been about 20 years since the declaration of proceeding administrative work paperless. However we have no desired progress to exit from paper-centered process. Someone says, a public servant would compromise private information easier under the environment of the my-number architecture. Therefore it might be hard to spread the applicable field.
However, paperless process, its own behavior does not bring to tend to leak information easily. We should design the process more efficient, and elevate the service-level. And digitization has the aspect to be improved safety also. The good design of digitization will prevent to leak information, and it will make it more safe than using paper.
