Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects by planned OJT with comparing the OJT target person and the person in charge of planned OJT. This study includes the hypothesis model and questionnaire research. Confirmatory factor analysis is applied to the questionnaire data in order to clarify the construct. The hypothesis model is verified by the Covariance structure analysis.
