Abstract
One of the presenter, being a global serial entrepreneur in digital enterprises, is currently promoting global business expansion based on crowd services, with specific focus on cloud outsourcing such as crowdsourcing, internet meeting, and crowd data sharing as a means to vitalize his own businesses and the SME businesses of his clientele.
This study seeks to utilize actual case examples of his own serial entrepreneurship, which spans a wide range from import and export services to international management consulting after started up from working corporate business and home trade sideline, to explain the structure, process, and results of digital enterprise business models.
The study concludes by suggesting the possibilities of reproducibility and strategic issues & challenges of realizing a revolutionary model of SNS-based operational scheme.
