Local governments make local resources such as own special product or sightseeing spot a brand. In late years, movement to establish a local brand using "a bicycle" unlike the conventional area resources is confirmed. The bicycle is different from a special product and a sightseeing spot, and it is movement means. Therefore we clarify the heterogeneity of the local brand mainly on the bicycle in this study. And we use the framework about the construction process of the local brand and consider an ideal method of the information Transmission
when we fixed a bicycle in the center of zone brand.
