Abstract
Use of big data has been widening new opportunities for the application of IT and those data previously not considered variable. Use of big data may be the key to coming co-creation of human and IT. In this presentation, applications related to human activities where both input and output variable have degree of ambiguity, such as so called “People Analytics" on HRM, and sports data, will be discussed.
