Abstract
The action of open data releasing the data which a public institution mainly holds in the second freely available form shows a global expanse. The action of open data spreads through the private enterprises. In Austria, new open data portal called Open Data Portal Austria (odp) is established, and the data which a company or an NGO hold are shown by open data there. In this study, it performs a case study of activity such as OpenCorporates which is a global organization about the action of the open data which does not remain in the public institution and investigates the possibility of the open data concerning for the data which a company holds.
