Perspective of Local Government Information Systems after Implement to National identification number and Enhanced Security Response.

Abstract

National identification number systems operation is requred in local government information systems, mission-critical systems, for example residence management will be connected with the Information Interchange Server on Local Government Wide Area Network (LGWAN).
Since the Japan pension organization occurred on personal information leakage incidents at May,2015, local governments are required to separate with network system using National identification number and LGWAN, the Internet, and to not allow to take out media from the Terminal, to apply on 2-factor authentication for operating the Terminal.
Therefore local governments cannot transfer files from external.
In this study, based on the such situation, we argue perspective of local government information systems.
