An approach for support decision making of manufacturing management

Abstract

Manufacturing cost analysis is an important factor in manufacturing management decision making. In this study, we propose a method to quickly analysis the cost for each product type by modeling the production line and applying IoT data, using the multi-dimensional bookkeeping technology. We verified that the proposed method was able to analysis the degree of influence on the cost of each manufacturing process and to simulate the cost reflecting the improvement effect immediately, using the real factory data.
