A Proposal for Question List to Extract Features of Sustaining Kaizen Activities Case

Case Study of Kaizen Activities Subjects of Cosmetic Manufacturer E

Abstract

Effectively sustaining Kaizen activities is a major focus in business, however there has not been sufficient accumulation of theoretical framework regarding appropriate type of management that should be implemented to sustain effective kaizen activities. In the midst of this, a prior research shows the standstill conditions that have grate effect on the progress of Kaizen activities and the occurrence points of those in the process of a Kaizen activity.

This study focuses on eighty-nine Kaizen activities subjects of cosmetic manufacturer E which sustains Kaizen activities for the long-term effectively. Through analyzing Kaizen activities subjects, authors confirm the details to realize sustaining Kaizen activities over the long-term. In addition, the question list to extract features of sustaining Kaizen activities case is constructed.
