The shift to digitalization is awaiting, and Corona is accelerating its direction. And this effect is affecting the whole life, and it is necessary to shift from analog culture to digital culture. As a result, the impact extends to organizational and work-oriented awareness. This can be thought of as a personal aspect and a corporate aspect, but this paper mainly focuses on the corporate aspect. The point lies in the shift of corporate culture. In this respect, there have been studies such as organizational culture model and change curve model. Therefore, while unraveling these, we conceive a framework for the transition of a company to a digital culture, and consider the actual transition of the corporate culture based on it.
