Verification of effective measures to avoid early retirement by high school graduates

Abstract

Early retirement by young people has become a social problem, and their transitions and statistics have been investigated, but there are not many studies on effective measures to prevent early retirement. This study focuses on high school students as young people, and examines them based on career education and job hunting in high school, and implementation of effective measures to prevent early retirement at the place of employment.
