Literature Review of Kaizen Activities and Dynamic Capabilities

Abstract

Effectively sustaining Kaizen activities is a major focus in business, however there has not been sufficient suggestions from prior researches for management of sustaining effective Kaizen activities.

This study, at first, aims at clarifying both the implications and the limitations of prior researches for sustaining Kaizen activities through literature review of Kaizen Activities. Then, thorough literature review of dynamic capabilities which is supported to be highly-related with sustaining Kaizen activities, to set a direction for research of management for sustaining Kaizen activities is also an objective. Finally, the investigation items to make clear for making a theoretical contribution through the research on management for sustaining Kaizen activities are proposed.
