A field research on using digital tools to support the return of employees on leave.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify the elements and processes necessary for the building of an internal venture team through a case study of supporting the return of an employee on leave. To this end, the internal observation method, which takes the practitioner-researcher's perspective, was employed as the field research method. If "imakoko(here and now)" can be shared in advance, information can be shared using digital tools without losing the sense of "imakoko," indicating the possibility of extending beyond time and space.
