Abstract

In order to enable evidence-based policy making of Osaka municipal policy for promoting innovation at SMEs, previous study has showed "evidence creation" (the first process) and "evidence translation"(the second process) of the EBPM cycle which consists of three processes. The goal of this study is to propose a logic model that is the final product of theory evaluation for "evidence utilisation"(the third process) of the EBPM cycle.
