ICT to Improve UX of Taxi Tours

Abstract

Currently, the need to promote micro-tourism trips in the Tama region is being discussed. This study conducted an implementation survey based on the case of Sanko Jidosha Corporation, which provides customizable travel and cab tailor-made tours in the Tama region. Based on the results of this survey, we propose a method to guarantee the quality of highly personalized services by following cab drivers through a photo submission application and a method to provide a new customer experience in historical buildings using an AR camera. These proposals will be developed as a single application and evaluated for emotional change and safety when offered to customers who actually use the service.
