A study on the CSFs about human resource development for DX promotion based on a case study of a sales force development project

Abstract

Digital transformation (following as DX) projects have come to a standstill in many companies, and the lack of human resources is often cited as the cause. In this research, author will attempt to build a hypothesis regarding the requirements that the curriculum should have for the successful development of DX human resources. In this research, first, author will review the curriculum of the past sales personnel development consulting, and extract the factors that were particularly effective in it. Next, author compares these factors with the ability requirements required for DX promotion human resources, and present a hypothesis about the requirements that the training curriculum should have.
