Incorporation of the Digital Transformation Promotion Framework into the BSC

Abstract

Digital BSC is a study that uses BSC to develop a digital transformation strategy、 but it does not incorporate the work of the MIT Sloan teams that we have been studying. Also、 while an ambidextrous managerial approach is required、 the digital BSC focuses only on digital strategy. Therefore、 we decided to attempt to incorporate into the BSC the 5 Building Blocks and The New Elements of Digital Transformation、 frameworks for promoting digital transfoIn this paper、 we would like to use this modernized BSC as an important guideline for effective digital transformation strategy planning.
