Design and Proposal of Methods to Enhance Followership in Design Organizations

Abstract

In design organizations, both leadership and followership are believed to enhance teamwork; however, research on improving followership remains insufficient. This study aims to design and propose methods to enhance followership in design organizations. In administrative organizations, improving critical, proactive, and considerate behaviors is considered effective for fostering followership. Based on this, we designed training tailored to design organizations, aiming to empower members to take initiative. Future tasks include implementing the designed training and verifying its effectiveness.
