We are facing the Next Stage of Telework with the spread of multi-devices use on the progress of the global economy. Current telework is the time of "Crowdsourcing" and is positioned as the embryonic stage of "Job Casting". In this paper, the next vision of skills/Human Capital (HC), Human Resource Management (HRM) and the relationship with individuals and organizations are discussed and the possibilities of the Open Resource Society (ORS) being progressed throughout the world is mentioned. In conclusion, the paper proposed basic hypothesis about Crowdsourcing by exploratory survey on Crowdsourcing platform.
