Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze a case study of organizational citizenship behavior in telework. The subjects of this study are NPOs. Firstly, we review previous studies and develop the concept of perceptions of citizenship. Secondly, we sorted out the types of telework and describe characteristics of telework. Then, we set unit of analysis to conduct the case study. The study suggests as follows. Firstly, organizational citizenship behavior does not arise from the introduction of IT itself, rather, it arises from perceptions of citizenship by actually utilizing IT. Secondly, organizational citizenship behavior is institutionalized formally when the members recognize its effectiveness.
