Abstract
There are various ICT tools supporting telework in terms of function or structure. However workers' understanding of such ICT tools is not sufficient for making the tools effective in telework. In this paper, we consider a way in which we can understand features of each ICT tool, and their effectiveness in each situation. In undergraduate education, daily utilization of ICT as a part of telework is effective in providing good understanding of telework to students. These utilizations allow students to have good understanding of ICT tools, telework, and their relationship, and provide interests in using telework for business.
