Abstract
As one of the big effects to introduce the teleworking, the reduction of the commuting load train and on foot of the worker is enumerated. In this announcement, it proposes the technique for converting the effect in the amount of money, objective data like the energy consumed of the body by commuting and the congestion rate etc. of the train is used. As a result, it is thought that the degree of the mitigating effect of the commuting load by the teleworking is quantified, it becomes clear, and it becomes the material of the motivation that the teleworking introduction is strong for the enterprise and the worker. Moreover, it is thought that it is possible to use also for the cost performance comparison when the enterprise examines the installation location in the satellite office, and the operation of an effective satellite office becomes more possible.
