Abstract
Today's development of supply-chain management (SCM) has encouraged integrated product distribution system between companies. However, in a time of disaster, it is considered that this development will cause damage on regional and corporate business continuity and the stop of business between customers will bring economic difficulties. The government and big companies has been formulating BCP in order to solve this problem, but among small and medium-sized companies, it is not yet common. It is said that regionally cooperated BCP, public-private cooperated BCP and BCP by business collaboration counting on SC will achieve a certain result as risk management in a time of disaster. Formulating BCP has becoming an important element for companies and organizations. Now, the change from individual BCP to BCP between regions and cross-industrial companies is required. This study aims the acceleration of cooperated BCP by studying case examples and bringing out the cooperated BCP's efficiency and the factors and problems for the acceleration.
