Abstract
The hospital business continuity plan at the new influenza pandemic was examined. Damage is more human at the pandemic than that of the building and equipment at the earthquake and natural disaster. Because the medical administration changes by the phase of the pandemic, it is necessary to prepare beforehand. To plan the manpower of medical staff and medicine, medical equipment, machines in the hospital to continue the medical treatment, pandemic manual and communication network is most important and necessary.
