Abstract
Strong interest has been shown in how to use mobile websites for promotion activities in recent years. This trend comes from the expectations of web promotion effect by smart phones including iPhone as well as tablet-PC such as iPad. However, as we look at the current situation, many websites still hesitate to actually introduce a mobile web, despite of the awareness of its effectiveness. This study examines the concept of public relations and community strategy of mobile websites that are combined with promotions utilizing YouTube and existing social media such as Facebook.
