Abstract
Recently, large organizations have been adopting telework for various reasons. On the other hand, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) think that telework is not for them because it is costly and does not produce any profit. Even if managers of SME are interested in adopting telework, they typically lack know-how and do not have ICT engineers to support telework adoption. In this paper, a doable telework for SME is proposed, that is, the way to utilize cloud computing and crowd sourcing is described with some examples.
