Abstract
Various studies have been conducted on learning persistence under different environment, such as conventional and distance learning; however, distance learning for leisure education using eLearning hasn't been studied. In this study, we carried out online surveys to subscribers of a musical instrument eLearning service, and factors influencing to persistence decision was analyzed and results were compared with prior studies. We found that internal factors were dominant as prior studies proposed. On the other hand, external factors did not contribute much in leisure education using eLearning contrary to findings of prior studies.
