Requirements definition that is an important work process for a project and may determine the success or failure of system development project tends to draw an ambiguous conclusion, which will lead directly to the failure of such a system construction. Especially, the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) environmental improvement and a shortfall in human resources have increased the use of requirements definition in the distributed cooperative system managed in a telework environment, so that the extreme difficulty of communication in telework spurs such an ambiguous conclusion. Our proposed trust management is that the stakeholders build trust to solve problems caused in Telework requirements definition with extremely high uncertainty factors such as the existence of tacit requirements and ambiguous consensus building. In this paper, we present a model that the trust management process is integrated into the Telework requirements definition process, as measures to minimize the gap between requirements caused due to a lack or discrepancy in communication that is produced easily in Telework requirements definition and to use a negotiation method for solving problems in the following processes provided by the gap between requirements including tacit ones.

The energy saving effects of telework comes to be an important issue recently. The effects of energy saving with telework are estimated and reported by a lot of papers including government reports. However, it is not clear the consumption of energy at the telework site (mostly at home). The energy saving effect of PC is little because each teleworker uses PC at home as well as at the office. On the other hand, the energy consumption of air conditioning or lighting may not increase when they telework because these appliances can be shared by the other people who are already in the house. The degree of sharing is an important factor for the estimation of energy saving effects of telework. In the result of the research of teleworkers on their energy use, about 40 percent of teleworkers use air-conditioning alone and about 60 percent of them use lighting alone at home. That is, almost half of the energy restores at home even if the energy use in the office decreases by telework. The energy-saving effect of telework might be a half level for the energy reduction in the office.

In recent years, crowdsourcing has received attention as a new means of utilizing talented human resources. In the meantime, it is said that there is a lack of highly skilled human resources. Especially there seems to be a lack of "data scientists" who can analyze data for business. We conducted initial researches as to whether talented human resources with skills in data analysis exist in crowdsourceing and what are the points to utilize such talented human resources. In this research, we posted simple data analysis tasks on a crowdsourcing service. Ten crowdworkers participated these tasks and submitted deliverables. As a result, it was confirmed that there are indeed capable human resources in the crowdsourcing who have the skills to do data analysis. We also drew some lessons how to utilize these talents most effectively.

Recently, crowdsourcing has rapidly become popular in Japan. Since the tasks are ordered to the crowd (unspecified numbers of individuals or corporations), the management method which considers the diversity of the crowd will be needed. It is necessary to understand the diversity of the crowd in order to establish such a management method. In this paper, we have focused on the project type crowdsourcing and surveyed the worker's attribute (gender, age, skill and years of experience, performance at the crowdsourcing, etc.) with the help of CrowdWorks Inc., which is one of the largest crowdsourcing service providers in Japan. Based on the survey data, workers are categorized into clusters. Then differences in the job acceptance frequency and the successful acceptance of high prized job by clusters are analyzed. In addition, characteristics of each cluster are also examined.

We have expected the telework to be the effect of regional development measures. However outcome of reflux of local business from Metropolitan area is less. Under the Abe administration, government policies for telework have been hammered out one after the other. But the essence of the policy is the realization of a work-life balance for working women support. On the other hand, we expect the arrival of a new telework era beyond the border from the rapid spread of crowdsourcing. Therefore, in our study, we consider the regional development policies through work orders of the use of crowdsourcing. Our keywords are Order of work from the region, Provincial in urban areas and Regional cheering squad. We suggest regional development model of the next generation, which is based on skill reflux.

With the spread of the Internet, the number of workers in a distributed environment has increased. Methods of communication in a distributed environment are different from a collocated environment. In a distributed environment, a support for communication of workers is needed. Often times, people check the status of other party before they start communicating. We have paid attention to such needs and have developed a web-based system called "C-WORK", which enables workers to check each other's status. In this paper, functions of "C-WORK" and the future research plan to test the efficacy of the C-WORK are described.

The government is going to promote a telework as woman utilization. However, it is not felt that a company is going to use a telework to me positively. Three years passed from East Japan great earthquake disaster. And a company does not seem to be going to utilize a telework for BCP. Therefore I checked mention about the telework in CSR reports. As a result, there were many mentions to perform a telework for work-life balance. I will think that there is room for the reclamation as for the telework for BCP in future.

The selection of an appropriate crowd-worker is one of the most important and difficult task for a client in the use of crowdsourcing. This paper proposes a method of selecting crowd-workers in the category of writing. This category is chosen because the typical offering price in this category is too low to spend additional coordination cost including communication cost. Therefore, the proposed method will be more effective in this category. In this study, a simple writing task is offered for crowd-workers to examine the efficacy of the proposed method. The quality of articles written by the control group is compared with the quality of articles by the selected group by using the proposed method. The articles are evaluated based on the criteria presented to the workers in advance. The analysis results indicate that the quality of articles by the selected group is higher than that of articles by other groups.

In performing a telework, information exchange at the place of OC is indispensable, and it becomes important how the number of contribution of a there is secured or how active members on that occasion is brought up. As a result of observing a member's OCB in "WAKAKOKU SNS", I suggested that training at the place of on-line with another OCB in the place of OC and each one of experiences became a basis, and OCB in a new place was performed.

An Ultra- or Meta-Realistic Telework Communication System is one which allows people outside the main office to experience exactly the same emotional environment as those physically present. This system is under development now. In this study, I interviewed students who use Hyper Information Terminal (HIT), using Evaluation Grid Method. This is a method which is based on personal construct theory in mental model approach. They were asked the image and the impression concerning the Hyper Information Terminal. In this method, it was requested them to evaluate good points about system with Laddering (Ladder-up and Ladder-down). As a result, it suggested that users find benefit of "pleasure" and the need of "big display", for example.
